W.B.C. Beehive

This is the traditional double walled hive offering excellent insulation properties for the English climate. When painted white and placed in a colourful country garden it evokes childhood memories of what a traditional country garden should look like. Unfortunately, if you practise migratory beekeeping it is not to be recommended. This hive accommodates 10 British standard frames.

The complete hive comprises: Floor with legs, three lifts, one with porch and entrance slides, gabled metal covered roof with cone escapes, brood body with 10 DN1 frames and foundation, plastic spacers, framed wire queen excluder, two supers with frames and foundation and Crownboard with Porter bee escapes.
